1. Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official email address or WhatsApp support channel.

  • Cancellation requests are considered effective only after written confirmation from PortKey Travels Private Limited.

2. Booking Cancellations

  • Flights, hotels, airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and holiday packages are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators.

  • Cancellation charges may apply based on supplier policies and the timing of the cancellation request.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific booking and supplier terms.

  • Some bookings may be:

    • Fully refundable
    • Partially refundable
    • Non-refundable

  • Service fees, processing charges, and supplier penalties may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after confirmation is received from the relevant service provider.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.

  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks and payment service providers.

5. No-Show Policy

  • No refund shall be provided for unused services, missed departures, missed flights, hotel no-shows, or customer failure to utilize booked services unless otherwise permitted by the supplier's cancellation policy.

6. Changes and Modifications

  • Requests for date changes, traveler name corrections, or itinerary modifications may incur additional charges imposed by suppliers.

  • Such requests are subject to availability and supplier approval.

7. Force Majeure

  • Refunds for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events, shall be governed by the policies of the respective service providers.
